This virtual event focused on positioning resilience as a strategy to future-proof real estate investments. While the concept of resilience is an oft-discussed topic, the financial and regulatory frameworks and concrete measures to determine its merit remain unclear. Speakers from government, development, and finance came together to define what “resilience” means to them and their sector, and what they view as the barriers/ challenges and motivators/ incentives to integrate resilience into their work.
