We are increasingly exposed to threats unanticipated in times past, including erratic and severe weather and climate-related disasters, pandemics, and social unrest. The built environment, including historic places, is at the center of it all, which calls for a sustainable coping mechanism. Goucher College’s M.A.H.P. faculty member Hyon Rah will explore different tools and strategies to position historic preservation as a way to shape our future in a sustainable and resilient way.
